The mountains aren’t the only place showing off their fall colors. From golden Oktoberfest to ruby red ale, copper amber, and our dark, oak-finished Barrel 7, there’s a whole season to explore in your glass.

Oktoberfest
Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malts bring warm, toasted-bread character to this smooth amber lager. Balanced with Perle hops for a clean, crisp finish—a little Oktoberfest in every glass.
Panama Red · Red Ale
Maris Otter and Vienna malts meet caramel malt and a touch of roasted barley for notes of biscuit, toffee, and gentle roast. East Kent Goldings hops round out this inviting ruby-colored pour.
Red Mountain · Amber Ale
Rich caramel meets toasted biscuit in this copper-colored favorite, brewed with Munich, Crystal, and Victory malts. Perle and Hersbrucker hops bring a delicate herbal balance to its satisfying malt character.
Limited edition · Oak-finished porter
Barrel 7
Our 7 Below porter takes an autumn turn with medium-char English oak. Chocolate malt, dark crystal, and a touch of black malt build layers of cocoa, deep caramel, and roasted coffee, finished with the added depth of oak. A limited release worth lingering over.

Hannah has been part of Floating Lotus since November 2024, bringing years of craft-beer experience and a genuine passion for hospitality, community, and making every guest feel welcome.
