These terms apply to the Floating Lotus Brewery Alerts text-message program operated by Floating Lotus Brewery, LLC.
Program description
Subscribers may receive Floating Lotus Brewery event and taproom alerts, live-music announcements, new beer releases, food or drink specials, schedule changes, and reminders for selected events.
Consent and eligibility
You enroll by entering your mobile number on the Floating Lotus Brewery website, selecting “Text message,” and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box before submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be at least 21 years old to enroll. When you select text messaging, you must provide your full date of birth so the website can verify that you meet the age requirement.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on events and taproom activity. Message and data rates may apply. Floating Lotus Brewery does not charge a separate fee for the program, but your wireless carrier’s rates and terms apply.
Opt out and help
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email floatinglotusbrewery@gmail.com. You may re-enroll through the website after opting out.
Delivery
Messages are delivered through participating wireless carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We handle information according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the program or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the effective date. You may end your participation at any time by replying STOP.
