Cornhole League Registration

Format. Six regular-season weeks; each team’s best four completed weekly results determine championship seeding. Playing more weeks creates more chances to replace a weaker score; missing one or two weeks does not automatically eliminate a team. If weather leaves fewer than four completed weeks, all completed weeks count. The championship is October 31.

Attendance and scoring. Weekly RSVP deadline is Thursday at 6 PM. A team that does not RSVP receives no result. An RSVP no-show may be recorded as a forfeit. Teams enter their own results, and both captains must confirm them. Suspected inaccurate or abusive reporting may result in correction, forfeiture, or removal.

Payments and refunds. Registration is provisional until payment is confirmed. There are no refunds or credits for individual absences, no-shows, withdrawals, forfeits, or weather-voided regular-season weeks. If Floating Lotus cancels the entire league before it begins, team fees are refunded. If minimum enrollment is not reached, Floating Lotus may cancel and refund paid teams.

Eligibility and conduct. All rostered players and alternates must be 21 or older. Tourist and guest play is exhibition-only and does not affect league standings. Scheduled league games have priority on the league lane. No side betting. Participants must follow house rules and staff direction.

Assumption of risk and release. Cornhole and an outdoor brewery setting involve risks including uneven surfaces, thrown objects, weather, slips, falls, and contact with people or equipment. Each signing participant acknowledges these risks, accepts responsibility for voluntary participation, and releases Floating Lotus Brewery and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law. This does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived.
